At our last prenatal appointment the doctor said no more running. Even though I felt good after 34 weeks, the bouncing is too hard on my body. So it's strictly aerobic pilates, yoga and walking (inclines on a treadmill are still good, too).
Coming to the end of week 36 we are definitely getting more excited!! The baby showers are over, the nursery is set and laundry is done! Now we're just waiting for Ellie to make her appearance! We've been having periodic contractions and our next doctor's appointment will show us an ultrasound of the baby to determine position and size. We also have our labor talk with the doctor.
There's no turning back now! :-)
