Mommy and Daddy got me an exersaucer and after about an hour of them trying to put it together, I was finally able to play in it. There's SO much to do!!!

My Nanny (12/16/10)
Since mommy and daddy both work full time, I get to spend a couple of days with my nanny, Rebekah, and my friend, Jacob. This is the first day we were together.
I spend Mondays and Tuesdays with Rebekah and Jacob, Wednesdays with Grandma S., Thursdays mommy works from home and Fridays it's just me and Rebekah (and sometimes daddy works from home).

Ellie's Rolling!!! (12/12/10)
Ellie hasn't been a huge fan of tummy time until she realized that she can prop herself up on her forearms. It only took a day of the new tummy time position for her to roll over!
On Sunday, 12/12, we couldn't even get Ellie to stay on her stomach, as soon as we put her down, she'd roll over. It makes me laugh every time I watch these videos!

Ellie is getting stronger, while she still doesn't like tummy time, she is using her arms more to push herself up! Next step after this is rolling over!

First Snowfall of the Year! (12/4/10)
We woke up to a couple inches of snow on the ground! We took Dakota for a walk and put Ellie in the Baby Bjorn so she could see the snow-covered trees rather than falling asleep in her stroller.
Dakota enjoyed the snow (as always) and Ellie fell asleep anyway. :-)

2 Month Check-up (11/15/10)
Ellen turned 2 months on November 9th. How time flies! She's been eating non-stop during the day and sleeping well at night. She even slept for 7 hours straight last night!!! I woke up at 5:15 wondering what was wrong!! :-)
Today we went to visit Dr. Damani and Ellie received her 2-month vaccinations. 2 shots and 1 oral vaccinations. Ellie did great! She screamed but got over it before we even left the Dr.'s office.
Weight
11 Pounds - she moved up to the 50th percentile from the 25th at her one month check-up (She was 8 lb. 6 oz)
Height
23 inches - up to the 75th percentile from the 25th percentile! (She was 20 inches last month)
The Dr. had to measure her twice because she didn't believe the nurse's measurement. Ellie is TALL! No wonder her onesies don't fit.
Head Circumfrance
14.5 inches - dropped to the 10th percentile from the 15th percentile (she was 13.5 inches last month).
Ellen is very healthy and strong, we don't go back to the Dr. until her 4 month check-up when we discuss solid foods, sleep training and get more vaccinations!
